User Data Deletion Request
At Masala OTT, we respect your right to privacy and full control over your personal information. In compliance with Google OAuth Developer policies and global data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA), you can request the permanent deletion of your account, authentication tokens, and streaming history.
What happens when your data is deleted?
- Your Google authentication profile link will be unlinked and purged.
- Your device tokens, streaming playback cookies, and local session caches will be erased.
- Any remaining active VIP subscription duration associated with your email will be revoked upon account deletion.
- Financial records required for statutory tax accounting will be anonymized.
